Administrative Assistant II

Literacy in English and Chinese is a plus .

Job Qualifications and Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 5 years work experience in Business Administration or Operations. Experience in a role of Executive Assistant is a plus.
  • Literacy in English and Chinese as well as strong editing abilities is preferred. (verbal & written)
  • Effectively manage one’s time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
  • Ability to follow through with documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.

Staff Accountant

The ideal candidates we are looking for are responsible, detail-oriented and organized. They must be good communicators and good listeners. Bilingual literary (English and Chinese) is highly preferred. Consolidation experience is highly preferred.

Job Description:

  • Report to Accounting Manager.
  • Review month-end closing packages for subsidiaries (account reconciliations; A/R; A/P; Inventory; supporting schedules and etc.) and providing adjusting entries.
  • Implement HQ accounting policies and procedures.
  • Maintain constant communications with stores in regards to their day-to-day accounting operations.
  • Monthly accounting analysis.
  • Assist in audit.
  • Other Accounting duties as assigned.
  • Work every other Sat.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Wholesales industry preferred
  • 3-4 years of Accounting experience
  • Must possess good attention to details

Job Description:
• Must have some experience with QuickBooks, and training will be provided.
• Daily banking/deposit
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Accounts payable – review and process bills/credit memos.
• Accounts receivable- review and process invoices/ credit memos. Maintain constant communications with customers to ensure they have all invoices and are paying on time.
• Maintain inventory – review costs of products against the data entered in the inventory system to ensure accuracy.
• Managing petty cash and disbursement.
• Process payroll documents and book payroll journal to book
• Track fixed asset and doing fixed asset depreciation schedule
• At least 2-5 years of bookkeeping experience
• Must possess good attention to details
• Very organized in filing management
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
